Harry Potter meets Anita Blake....
this one starts with the Vampire council paying another visit to Jean Claude and his group in St. Louis... unfortunately they didn't get approval for this visit and JC takes offense when they arrive suddenly out of the blue. There is a lot of hostility on both sides but before it erupts into complete and total violence JC calls in a favor...
"Hello you've reached Arbitration's Council and we are all out at the moment please leave your name and number and a small synopsys of the situation and as soon as one of us gets in we'll call you back!"
"I am Jean Claude, I am the Master of the City of St. Louis in America the Vampire Council have broken their own covenants and entered my city without prior approval as well as with increasing hositlity heading towards violence. I have no wish to declare war on the entire council... I request arbitration. my number is 314-257-1968. Thank You." click
Diana H.B. Astarri enters her office after a long week of dealing with egotistical politicians hoping for some time to possilby take a vacation... and see's the blinking light on the answering machine.
"Damn I guess I am not getting that time off after all."
She sets her purse and coffee down as she hits the replay button. Listens intently settles into her comfy chair then picks up the phone...
"Circus of the Damned - how may I direct your call?"
"I am returning the call of your master Jean Claude... please transfer me to him."
"who may I say is calling?"
"Diana Astarri Chairwoman of the Arbitration Council."
